Why he built GENZY
Long before GENZY had a name, Godspower was in classrooms, conference halls and online sessions, mentoring young people across Nigeria. Again and again he met brilliant students held back not by ability but by access: to good teaching, to mentors and to opportunities.
He also saw where young people already spend their time: on social media. GENZY is his answer. It is an edutech platform built as a social network, so the place young people already love to be becomes the place they learn, grow, earn and get seen. He believes education should be something you enjoy, and that no talent should ever go undiscovered.
Profile
Godspower is a Lead Data Scientist and AI Engineer with dual Master's degrees in Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Financial Engineering. He specialises in large language models (LLMs), generative AI and enterprise-scale machine learning, with proven expertise in end-to-end AI system architecture, model fine-tuning, deployment and optimisation in production.
Working across Python, SQL, Docker, Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow and the cloud, he has a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-impact AI solutions that drive efficiency, innovation and business growth. He has designed and delivered AI-first distance-learning platforms for education clients and mentored thousands of learners across Nigeria.
In 2024 he was recognised as LLM Expert of the Year for outstanding contributions to the development and deployment of transformative AI products.

What drives her
As Chief Operating Officer and Head of Legal at GWorldSoft Solutions, the company behind GENZY, Oreoluwa runs the operations that keep the platform moving and the governance that keeps it trustworthy: privacy and consent, responsible AI, fair contracts and compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
Just as importantly, she raises young talent. She hires, coaches and grows young people into confident professionals, because she believes that a young person with the right guidance, the right standards and a fair chance can go further than anyone imagined. At GENZY, that passion means a platform where learners are protected, creators are treated fairly and every member can grow with confidence.
Profile
Oreoluwa is a technology lawyer and governance professional whose work spans artificial intelligence (AI) governance, telecommunications regulation, environmental, social and governance (ESG) practice, international law, corporate governance and digital policy. She advises organisations across technology, telecommunications, financial services and digital infrastructure on legal risk, regulatory strategy, enterprise policy design and responsible technology adoption.
She is known for translating complex technical and regulatory ideas into clear, commercially actionable guidance for engineering, product and executive teams. She has designed AI and data-governance frameworks for enterprise and consumer AI products, negotiated complex commercial and technology agreements, and strengthened institutional governance in fast-moving regulatory environments.
She is currently pursuing a Master of International Law and Diplomacy at the University of Lagos, with research centred on AI governance, international technology regulation, digital infrastructure governance, telecommunications policy and ESG governance in emerging economies.
